Run the Runway & Mutt Strut 5K

Join us for a unique opportunity to run or walk on the Double Eagle II Airport runway! (Custom T-shirt is included with registration). Bring your four-legged friend for the Mutt Strut and support two great causes: the City of Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department and the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 179. CABQ Animal Welfare will be on-site with adorable adoptable dogs, and after the race, enjoy an awards ceremony, live music, and food trucks as you celebrate your runway achievement.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, September 5th, 2026, on the Double Eagle II runway with Animal Welfare and the EAA.
