Run the Runway and Mutt the Strut 5K

Join us for the first annual Run the Runway & Mutt Strut 5K fun run, a fundraising event supporting the CABQ Animal Welfare and the EAA Young Eagles at Double Eagle II Airport! Whether you want to run or walk, you’re going to love the stunning views of the West Mesa. Feel free to bring your furry friend along, or “borrow” a pup from CABQ Animal Welfare—there will be lots of adorable dogs ready for adoption, all vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped, with no adoption fees! And that’s not all! We’ll have a tag machine on-site giving out free pet tags with no limit. Don’t miss this exciting day featuring a music, a food truck garden and cool drinks to keep you refreshed after your 5K adventure. We can’t wait to see you there, joining us to support these fantastic organizations!
